This is probably the closest thing I'll ever get to a hanken in my life. (a hanken is a cel that is used as an image on things like artbooks, posters, cd's, and so on) The last cel from this sequence, was used as the back image on the OAV II CD "Everlasting Story". I printed the bg for this cel by scanning the original from the back of the cd. ^^; It's a very beautiful cel though, and probably one of the most detailed ones I have. There's not a whole lot to say about this cel. ^^; It comes in the very beginning of the third episode of OAV II, where Miaka and Taka are returning to their own world for a short time. Miaka and Taka are talking about their situation, and Taka reassures Miaka that he will survive and not disappear, because their love is so strong, and can withstand anything. It's a very romantic scene, and very beautiful. Definately one of my favourite cels. ^^ |
