Otakon 2003 was the year that Rockman invaded Baltimore and took over! I had a ton of fun meeting everyone in costume, and those who had visited my site or were members of my forum. We all had an absolute blast, and I'll always have fond memories of this grand event. For those who are not familiar with Otakon, this is a gigantic anime convention that is held every year in August in Baltimore, Maryland. Otakon 2003 alone had nearly 17,000 attendees, marking it the second biggest anime convention in the United States. Do NOT link to these files from your own website.
