Cloudman The last of the four new Darkloids, Cloudman's powers give him control over thunder and lightening. This navi's large structure and build hovers above ground on a mighty cloud, also allowing the opportunity of flight, though he's not nearly as agile as Swallowman. Cloudman's booming voice makes him intimidating, but Rockman and the others won't hesitate to stop whatever evil he may be involved in.

Cloudman reminds me a lot of Mistman.....a heck of a lot.
