Takeo Inukai Welcome Takeo Inukai, the second follower of the Neo WWW to arrive. We first meet Inukai at the "Animal Farm", where Enzan and Netto are doing a commercial shoot. Inukai was given responsibility over all of the animals, but quickly lost his popularity when he began to mistreat them. Slur grants upon Inukai the power of Asteroid Beastman, allowing the overlarge lion-tamer to exact his revenge upon those who belittled him. After a failed attempt to kill Netto and Enzan, Inukai flees the police and joins the crime organization, Neo WWW.

Inukai has only one soft spot in his heart, and that's for his pet lion Monosuke.
