Rat This weasel of a criminal is acting as a copy cat to a previous criminal from 20 years ago, by the name of Jackass. Jackass, who is now in jail, invented a keen way to break into security areas of the net. Rat's goal? To unlock every single lock that's known to be locked by releasing a series of seals in the internet. If that sounds a little confusing, well then, you're on the right track. At this point we don't know why Rat wanted to acheive this (mayhaps someone who knows more Japanese than I can clarify?). The fact that Rat acheives his goal is rather disturbing, hopefully this will be cleared up later in the series.
