Saiko Rei Saiko Rei's role starts out very different from his video game version, but the navi he receives is still the same. Rei becomes frustrated when his original navi "Shineman" can't cut it in the navi car races, so Slur eases his pain by deleting the old, and replacing with a new. And so, Asteroid Flashman is born. Using Flashman, Rei cheats his way through the races by literally knocking out his other opponents. Thankfully however, Blues catches onto his scheme, and thrawts his evil attempts. After a deflating battle, Rei and Flashman are forced to flee the race (as well as the police). Thankfully for him, the crime organization Neo WWW is there to offer him a safe haven to go home to.

Rei is actually one of my more favourite villains, and his design is so cool!
