Zoano Flameman of Greiga A creepy phantom ship has been spotted out upon the sea, so Netto and his friends are dispatched to go investigate. By now Trill has grown from a baby and into a full-fledged toddler, and he begs Rockman to take him along. As we know, Rockman is deathly afraid of ghosts, but after a few minutes of painful wailing by Trill, he agrees to take him with. Meanwhile, we find out that Zoano Flameman is actually controlling the ship, as well as its weaponry. He begins attacking a nearby island, which is hiding a massive hoard of Copyroids! Greiga, whom Z Flameman serves, is determined to not let Falzer use the Copyroids to its advantage. Rockman, Roll and Trill face Z Flameman, determined to stop the onslaught upon the Island, as well as any potential threat to the mainland. When Trill falls into danger, Rockman swallows his fear of the creepy ship, and ultimately defeats Z Flameman.

I was really curious how they would animate the details in Flameman - he didn't turn out too bad!
