History

Following the victory over Duo, something incredible happened. Shademan, had survived 
yet again and was waiting on the internet. He believed that the only way to regain all his 
strength was to take the power from Scilab.

Shademan, using the Rush Synchro Chip, snuck into Scilab late one night. While 
searching for equipment, Shademan came across a large safe. Thinking that some 
valuable equipment was inside, he blew open the door. However, instead of great 
machinery, all he found was a battlechip.

Entering the safe caused an alarm to go off. Shademan, in his hurry to leave, grabbed the 
battlechip before disappearing. Security officers arrived just in time to see Shademan. 
Scientists were immediately brought in to analyze the damage.

It was the next day, the Net Savior, Netto Hikari, was brought in. Upon entering Scilab, 
he was rushed away to the safe. Inside, Yuuichiro sat waiting for him. All the other 
scientists were escorted out of the safe, and then Netto was informed on the attack of the 
safe by Shademan and the theft of the battlechip. Netto asked what was so special about 
the battlechip, and Yuuichiro began his tale.

One day, not too long ago, a great earthquake struck Netopia. Due to the strong 
structure of the city, little damage was encountered. However, by some strange 
event, three million year old stones fell off of their shelf and shattered on the 
ground. While picking up the pieces, an amazing discovery was found. In the 
middle of the rubble, a strange battlechip was found. The three symbols that were 
found on the stones were also found on the battlechip. Scientists from Scilab were 
immediately brought in to take the battlechip, and learn about it.

Tadashi Hikari, the leading scientist at Scilab declared that the battlechip, now 
named the Mythic Armor battlechip, was dangerous for use. It was locked away 
and forgotten for many years.

Many years went by, and the battlechip remained hidden away. It wasn’t until 
Shademan’s attack on Scilab that they were rediscovered.

Yuuichiro explained that Tadashi had told him stories about the battlechip, and for the 
longest time, he thought that it was just a myth. However, when he was brought in to 
survey the damage, he found data about the chip, and realized that the story was true.

Yuuichiro told Netto he was to try and track down Shademan, and return the battlechip to 
Scilab. He was given one final warning. The battlechip is incredibly powerful, and may 
hurt Rockman, so he was under no condition supposed to use it. Netto agreed so he and 
Rockman set out immediately.

Searching around for a few hours, Rockman eventually found Shademan, and a fierce 
battle began. Due to his lack of power, Shademan used the Mythic Armor battlechip. The 
power was overwhelming, and although Shademan seriously damaged Rockman, he was 
deleted.

Upon his deletion, something incredible happens. A strange Net Navi dressed in black 
and red appeared from the sky. Because of Rockman’s weak condition, the strange Navi 
quickly defeated him. The navi announced himself as Mythman, before disappearing. To 
Rockman’s dismay, Mythman took the Mythic Armor battlechip.

The unthinkable then happened. Mythman began appearing in the real world and began 
attacking different areas. Military all over the world is dispatched to attempt to defeat
the navi, but he easily defeated them.

Scientists all over the world were stunned by the appearance of this strange navi. Studies 
immediately began to find information about Mythman, though all came up with no 
answer. The only clue that they had was that he appeared when the Mythic Armor 
battlechip was used.

Meanwhile, Net Saviors Netto, Enzan and Laika were sent out to stop Mythman. They 
chased Mythman all over the world, but every time they’d run into him, he’d merely 
laugh and then run off to destroy something else.

Yuuichiro called them back to the lab, because he made a startling discovery. Inside the 
vault, the original pieces of the stones were locked inside a large chest. When pieced 
together and shown under a dark light, they revealed a large mural. Although most of it 
could not be translated, a likeness of Mythman was carved into the top of the page. He sat 
in a large container that was surrounded by the three symbols on the battlechips.

At that time, an alarm went off. Mythman was currently headed towards Scilab. In an 
attempt to hold him off while Yuuichiro finished studying the tablet, a dimensional area 
was set, and the three Cross-Fused. Together the three attempted to hold off Mythman. 
The three were defeated, but were able to slightly damage Mythman allowing them to 
recover the Mythic Armor battlechip and buy a little time.

Returning into Scilab, the three were greeted by Yuuichiro who announced he had 
translated the tablet. According to this tablet, there existed millions of years ago, a
great warrior who gathered a great army to conquer the world. Nobody could stand against his 
power. In one finally attempt, a group of sages sent a plea for help into space. It was 
answered by three great beasts. These three creatures using their combined power sealed 
away the warrior. It was said that the warrior would only be released when these three 
creatures turned evil. In order to help man if this ever happened again, the three creatures 
left behind three stones and within them, their power.

Yuuichiro said that somehow Mythman was this great warrior, and he was released when 
Shademan used the Mythic Armor Battlechip. He said that if it were to be destroyed, then 
Mythman may be destroyed. Yuuichiro then gave Enzan the Mythic Armor battlechip to 
destroy it.

Enzan never had the chance to. Another alarm went off. Mythman was again attacking 
Scilab. A dimensional area was immediately set up, and the Saviors cross-fused to battle 
with Mythman. Mythman, however, had regained all his strength while the Net Saviors 
were still weak from their last battle. Mythman defeated both Enzan and Laika, leaving 
Netto and Rockman to fight alone. With his last strength, Enzan gave Netto the Mythic 
Armor battlechip. Netto, in desperation, used the Mythic Armor battlechip. However, 
something unexpected happened.

   Effect: When this battlechip is slotted in, it gives the Navi incredible power. 
    However, if this battlechip is used by someone without a pure soul, then it will 
    destroy that person. This battlechip will fit the Navi with a suit of ancient armor 
    which improves Defense, Speed, and maneuverability of the Navi. It also gives 
    the Navi a pair of wings which allows flight. Finally, the armor contains with it, a 
    sword which can be charged to do 40000 damage. When this battlechip is used in 
    the real world by someone with a pure heart, the three great beasts will be 
    summoned to earth again.

Netto and Rockman were fitted with the Mythic Armor, and from the sky, came the three 
great beasts. A great battle began and Mythman was completely overwhelmed by the 
power of the great beasts that trapped him again. Completely charging his sword, Netto 
and Rockman flew up and with one final slash destroyed Mythman once and for all.

Upon defeating Mythman, the three beasts again flew into space. The Mythic Armor 
battlechip disappeared, never to be seen again. Netto and Rockman both collapsed after
the battle, but with time, both recovered compleatly.
