The more light chips you add with it,the more damage it will do. A spectrum will 
appear, then it takes the power from the light chips and sends a wavy beam ray 
of light towards the enemy. The enemy has about a 70% chance to dodge it. Dark 
navis,beware of this chip! 

Note:Chip will not work against non-evil navis.
