Description: With this chip, you get to play god. You choose what each of 
the tiles is. You can increase gravity (removes navis' and virus' ability to 
fly), remove gravity (everyone gets flight), speed up time (navis, viruses, 
and projectiles move faster), slow down time (everything moves slower), and 
control wind (push everything in the direction of your choise; permanent 
North Wind effect). NOTE: you don't have constant control. When you use the 
chip, you make your choises, and then those choises remain in effect until the 
end of the battle (or until replaced by a stage, Geddon, or Worldshaper chip). 
Also, all effects (except for tile changing) affect EVERYONE: you can't remove 
your opponent's flight while simultaneously giving it to yourself.
