Netto is joyous when he can go on a trip thanks to the mistaken weather forecasts. Nyuudou is forced to buy a copyroid from Bubbleman when he's fired from the television station. Hearing that a Navi can substantiate in the real world and use the same power as it could in the cyberworld, Nyuudou substantiates his own Navi Elementman, and begins actions to manipulate the weather as far as he can think of it and triumph over society.
