Although a record was left behind that indicates the criminal is Mr. Hat's Navi Hatman, Mr. Hat and Hatman have an alibi. During that time they appeared at a magic show. Then, Netto meets the exchange student Shuuichi. Shuuichi says he is improving his magic skills with the desire of becoming a magician. Netto admires him, but...
