Commissioner Kifune (Keifer) Kifune is the head Commissioner of the Net Police, and also in charge of the Net Saviors. In sense, he's sort of like Netto's boss. When trouble arises with the Dark Loids, Kifune is usually one of the the first to know. Kifune works closely with his assistant Manabe, as well as with Yuuichirou Hikari. Kifune fully supports the use of Cross Fusion and Yuuichirou's research at the Science Labs.
