Moved by their offer of help and friendship, Rockman evolves into a new style change: Elec Brother! Special Attributes: While the style change is Elec Brother, in this manga he never really uses the navi supplement ability. Instead he fights as normal, with the battle chips that Netto provides him or with his Rock Buster. Disadvantages: Elec Brother is of course weak against wood based enemies, since they absorb any electrical attack.
